As President of Sherisen International Inc., she has prepared hundreds of managers and families from Fortune 500 companies to live and work in over 50 countries. With over 30 years' experience in cross cultural training and international relocation, Sen is a pioneer in the field, and has conducted programs in the U.S., Europe and India.
She holds an undergraduate degree from The Johns Hopkins University and a master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania in South Asian Studies. She is the author of International Business Interacts on 50 countries, served on the New Jersey State Council on Gender Parity (2008-2015), and is listed in Who’s Who in American Women.
A frequent speaker at professional meetings, Sen's India-related talks include: A Cross-Cultural Perspective: Old and New India, Sietar, May 2013, New York; Outsourcing to India: Reducing Cultural and Communication Gaps, at the Sietar USA Sixth Annual Conference in November, 2005, Jersey City, NJ; moderator for a Panel on Opportunities and Challenges in India, Sietar New York in May, 2004 and a panelist on the India Forum at the ERC Global Symposium in Anaheim, CA. in October, 2001.
