Sondra Sen has taught Indian cooking at the CooKINGStudio in Short Hills, New Jersey for over 25 years. She has delighted students with her recipes as well as her anecdotes on Indian life and culture. Sen has a master’s degree in South Asian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, has traveled frequently to India since 1966, and conducts cross-cultural training workshops on India. She is the author of the International Business Interacts, a series of 50 country guides on working effectively in the global marketplace.
